Q. Is the pool heated?
A. YES and this is included within the price, along with the Spa and WiFi.
Q. I have a baby. What is provided at the villa?
A. We've got a high chair, a cot and plastic tableware.
Q. How near are the supermarkets?
A. There is a small shop approximately 5 minutes walk away located within the Sun Tropical Holiday Complex, and a small Hyperdino is opposite the Princessa Yaiza Hotel on the way to Playa Dorada beach and Kikoland. For large supermarkets try the Main Hyperdino in the town centre, the Maxcoop at the Marina Rubimar centre and Congelado Ropers in the Las Colaradas area which is fantastic, especially for fresh meat.
Q. Is Internet Access available?
A. Broadband WIFI Internet access is available at the villa, FOR FREE!! - Just turn up with your laptops or smartphones.
Q. What channels are on the telly?
A. There is a vast selection of UK Satelite & Irish TV channels including BBC 1-4; ITV 1 & 2 Ch 4 & 5; RTE1, Net2 & TV3 - plus most of the satellite channels including Movies and Sports, The TV is also tuned to Spanish TV channels, some of which show popular US drama shows, films and kids programmes with the option of an English soundtrack.
Q. Is there a safe for valuables ?
A. YES and it will accommade a large tablet or two (but not a laptop) as an additional security measure. You can set your own PIN.
Q. Do we need travel insurance ?
A. We would strongly advise you to ensure you have adequate Holiday Insurance, particularly in the event of medical emergencies.
Q. Are beach towels provided?
A. YES beach towels are provided for use during your stay at Villa Keira.
Q. Do we need to hire a car?
A. Not necessarily, however it is a twenty minute walk to Playa Dorada Beach, with a further stroll into Town or the Marina. You will need about 60-90 Euro for a taxi transfer, which isn't much cheaper than car hire costs, depending on car size and the time of year, however if all you want to do is relax at the Villa and enjoy Playa Blanca, then car hire is not necessary.
Q. Is it possible to arrange a late check out?
A. A late check out cannot normally be arranged at the time of booking, as this facility is dependant upon the arrival time of the next guests. Requests for a late checkout can only be made upon arrival in the resort with the agreement of our Management Team. The check-in time is no earlier than 2pm and the check-out time is 10am on departure day.
