Villa Keira Terms and Conditions

1 The use of Villa Keira is entirely AT YOUR OWN RISK, so we don't accept any liability whatsoever for theft or damage to your personal possessions, injury or death arising out of the use of equipment or facilities provided.
2 You are responsible for any damage or breakages, these to be reported to the local agent as soon as possible. Any complaints regarding the accommodation must be advised to the managing agent or key holder within 24 hours of first arrival.
3 We need a 25% deposit to confirm the booking and the remainder of the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings within 8 weeks of departure, we need the full payment completely and as soon as possible in order to confirm the booking. Payment can be made by cheque or by bank to bank transfer into the bank account as specified by us. If the payment is by cheque then the booking is not confirmed until the cheque has cleared. If the payment is still not cleared within 7 days of the due by date, or it's been indicated that payment won't be forthcoming, then we'll have to cancel the booking and retain the deposit. Once the full payment is lodged and cleared, the booking contract is confirmed and we will provide the keysafe code.
4 We don't accept bookings from stag parties and hen parties.
5 All Prices are on a weekly basis and the minimum stay is 7 nights. (This may be flexible out of high season)
6 Arrival and Departure dates are generally Thursday to Thursday unless special arrangements have been made with ourselves.
7 Any special requirements need to be mentioned at time of booking (e.g. disabled access, special occasions etc)
8 The accommodation is for use only for the people named in the booking confirmation, so sub-letting to another group isn't allowed.
9 Your baggage, money and personal possessions are kept in the villa AT YOUR OWN RISK. Obviously you can MINIMISE (BUT NOT ENTIRELY ELIMINATE) your exposure to certain risk by being sensible and locking up and using the safe, etc. Nevertheless, You should ensure that you have suitable valid insurance cover to protect any items of value.
10 We can't accept any responsibility for any inconvenience caused by disturbance of any kind, and at any time, or by the failure of local services such as electricity, water supply, roadworks, or for that matter any loss of TV, radio or satellite signal transmission.
11 Arrival time is normally from 2pm onwards. Checkout time is normally 10am on departure day.
